History

The Grace Church Foundation was birthed out of a common vision imparted by God to several founding members independently over the course of a decade. In spring of 2005, the founding members shared ideas with one another and researched possible means to fulfill their God-given vision. Their passion was to create a unique way to fund Kingdom ventures. They wanted to use an endowment that would share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with many generations.

By the summer of 2006 the founding GCF Board was assembled and in October 2006, the foundation officially received its 501(c)(3) status. The next one and a half years were spent in prayer and planning as the Board prepared for GCF’s public launch in early 2008.
